Everything was very simple and quick. It was especially useful for I had to move urgently and Gavin at your Stockport branch sorted it all out extremely quickly.
We have stored our entire house contents following a much protracted sale, which was postponed several times and the BY staff have been supportive and 100% cooperative throughout despite several postponements of our dates. Gavin Liam and Anja have all helped us via telephone discussions and in person and we finally utilised our storage facility yesterday which was super efficient and totally stress free. Also have to mention the excellent removal team "A Star" who moved us into Big Yellow yesterday. Brilliant !! Don't often get to say this about various services these days ! A big thank you to all the team !!

I first spoke with Anja who gave me all the information I needed to make sure the storage was right for my needs. When I arrived to view the unit she was very helpful and recommended a removal firm (A Star Removal - also excellent). On my next visit with the removal van, Liam processed the transaction smoothly. Over all, a very good experience of what could have been a stressful day.
