Very easy to arrange at all stages made all the better with friendly and very positive / helpful staff namely Anya and Gavin.

Very well everything explained and pricing was clear, staff were very flexible and helpful re start date because it was related to a house move this was excellent.

I thought the ring back, after an online enquiry, was a bit intrusive, but it seems standard for the industry.

Very easy. The staff in Stockport are brilliant and friendly. Both over the phone and in store they made sure they were clear on all the details and that we understood everything. In my opinion, very irreplaceable staff.

The local team rang whilst I was still looking at the website and answered all my questions. On the day they were very helpful, explained how everything worked and showed me the room. I've never had a self storage unit before so I was grateful.

From making my first enquiry online, j very quickly had a return call and everything was explained very clearly and with great patience!

Everyone was very helpful when I needed storage at short notice but Anji really exceeded my expectations -service with a smile

Gavin was incredible from the moment I made the initial enquiry all the way through to moving in. He was so helpful and showed me the perfect space to fit my needs. He made everything incredibly easy and it’s been a pleasure. He is a fantastic asset to the business!!
