The whole experience was straight forward and fully explained from start to finish. I had never used a storage company before but would definitely recommend you. The online query was followed up the next morning with a phone call from Donna at Stockport branch who was so helpful and was also at the branch when we dropped our things off. Nothing too much trouble even though not far off closing time.

Excellent customer service from Megan in Stockport. The process, terms and costs were explained in great detail and we were made to feel welcome, relaxed and informed. Couldn’t fault anything.
