Everything was so organised, didn't realise it could be so easy

Megan on the desk was super helpful and explained all in detail and clearly. As a novice to storage this was really useful.

The staff were helpful and polite. Prior to booking we viewed an number of rooms, they weren't pushy and I didn't feel rushed. I was offered to see the room one final time before purchase of licence. Also advised that they sell boxes, wrap should I need any.

I felt that we were given all the relevant information to begin with. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The storage environment was clean and I felt safe. A very pleasant and hassle free way to get ourselves organised.

Very friendly staff very accommodating also being able to extend the hours past closing was a big help as we’d just arrived before 6pm.
