Great experience at the Stockport site. Anya helped us get checked in and was super helpful and friendly. She gave us a courtesy call before we arrived and then took her time to explain everything to us on arrival. Really pleasant experience!
Anja and the team made a stressful move much easier with great customer service and support in getting me the best storage deal. Would recommend !
Very good customer service
Great service very professional. Anja was very helpful.
Having researched storage options in the area this was the clear winner! Clean, tidy and well maintained purpose built site. I've now been storing here for years and have multiple rooms to suit my storage needs. The team on site are incredibly helpful and pleasant with any assistance I require. I don't think there's any better or safer place in the area to store! Thankyou Gavin, Anja and Joe - you're credits to big yellow! Highly recommended, I wouldn't store anywhere else!
The staff have been very friendly and helpful. Gavin was very thorough in showing me how everything was done. I am very satisfied with the service here.
very clean and well maintained, staff are friendly and professional, good security, theres parking aswell.
Absolutely fabulous service from Anja . Had my storage unit initially for a few months and it ended up being over a year ! Right from choosing the room and all the way through Anja was fab. Really chatty and friendly. It wasn't cheap but the storage was clean , not damp at all and modern which was worth paying a little more than other units that were in mills and quite old. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed . Such a handy spot next to the M60 too ! Perfect
Very flexible, friendly staff. Anja sorted us several times as we scaled the business. Plenty of variety of room sizes. Highly recommend.
Nice staff and very helpful 👍 5*
