Customer reviews for Stockport Self Storage

Exceptional service from Joe at Big Yellow, Stockport. Good old-fashioned, quaity customer service. Online check-in made the whole process a breeze

5 stars as well deserved. Took the stress of a move, Jo is so helpful & everything is simple and explained in person - nothing too much trouble. Friendy and easy - nothing complex - the storage areas are clean - and indoors - I fell am very lucky to have this service - thank you!

Anja and Joe were very helpful setting up the storage. The whole thing was easy, flexible and clear. We were using storage to decant rooms while they were being done over. Easy to get in and out to swap out stuff. We will definitely use again when we do more work.

Great experience with the big Yellow team!!! helped me from start to finish, Anya on reception was brilliant...

Needed a storage unit at very short notice, Gav couldn’t have been more helpful! Took the time to show us the various unit sizes and talk us through everything despite reception being busy with other customers, deliveries etc. He was able to price match another quote we’d received and the site itself was very clean, tidy and lots of parking!

Really easy check in and setup; staff were very helpful and friendly

Anje was great at check and through all the process. Really great overall.

Just started using the centre, been really impressed with the service and Gavin couldn't have done more to help us. Really impressed and would definely recommend.

Great service and easy to move stuff in. Would highly recommend especially with the price so cheap and good insurance.

Great service and very friendly. Thank you very much
