You only got a 10 because I can't give an 11! Greeted by Assistant Manager Helen, who immediately was friendly, helpful and efficient in setting up our storage. She laid out various options and allowed us time to decide our best course of action. Having done that the business side of things was done efficiently, speedily and without complication. Everything was explained to us about the site and conditions of tenure. Over and above our expectations and all done with a cheerful disposition and sense of humour making the whole experience actually enjoyable.
