The staff were very helpful and kind

Great staff. Welcoming and friendly. Nichola explained everything at a level that I could understand ????. Showed me around taking into account I can't do stairs without me having to ask. That doesn't happen as often as it should with me having a walking stick.

Very easy to find information about storage and costs.

Explained everything clearly and slowly, changed my storage room when I explained about health problems to ground floor as one had come available but I got the feeling help would have been there regardless.
