Flawless customer service. End to end - from filling out a quote form, to getting a follow up call with a good offer, then facilitating the hire of the space, finally checking in online and then in person. Genuine smiles, light chat and great advice.

Whole experience was positive. Staff member was exceptionally helpful.

Selected the storage online, this was followed up by a phone call from the manager. A couple of days later I changed the size that I wanted again this was followed by a phone call, the member of staff explained how to check in online and what the process would be when arriving on site.
