Selected the storage online, this was followed up by a phone call from the manager. A couple of days later I changed the size that I wanted again this was followed by a phone call, the member of staff explained how to check in online and what the process would be when arriving on site.

Initial enquiry handled efficiently. The staff at Armadillo were extremely helpful over the phone enabling me to complete all the arrangement remotely. The move into the storage place was done for me by the chosen removals company (RSF Removals), so I have yet to visit the site.
I would like to thank Gemma for the first contact. After that I have dealt with the girls on a Saturday, Nicola and Helen they were most helpful and put me at ease as trying to sort out the storage on my own. Once again Thank you girls.
