Very friendly and helpful either face to face or by telephone. Never used storage before but felt at ease after explanations given re move in and insurance etc etc

I made a point of asking the very helpful ladies names Nicola & Helen they were both extremely helpful, friendly making the filling in of forms quite a pleasurable experience from the minute we walked into the office

Initial enquiry handled efficiently. The staff at Armadillo were extremely helpful over the phone enabling me to complete all the arrangement remotely. The move into the storage place was done for me by the chosen removals company (RSF Removals), so I have yet to visit the site.

I would like to thank Gemma for the first contact. After that I have dealt with the girls on a Saturday, Nicola and Helen they were most helpful and put me at ease as trying to sort out the storage on my own. Once again Thank you girls.
