Friendly, easy process

Staff very friendly and attentive

I thought the service was brilliant. So friendly and helpful and made sure I knew everything.

Very informative and we'll mannered friendly and good service every question we had he answered.

Firstly the member of staff that helped me with my enquiry was absolutely amazing I couldn’t have asked for better communication, the move it’s self was so easy and hassle free, ease of access to the locker itself was very easy, the only thing I would suggest is if the opening hours were a little more available by this I mean were open slightly later. Over all I was very happy.

Amazing john phoned after my initial enquiry

We were dealt with by John at the Ingleby Barwick site and he made it all easy and was excellent to deal with and was a really nice and friendly guy, 10 out of 10 for him
