Firstly spoke to Kevin on the phone enquiring about the right sized unit for me and my partner and expertly instructed us through each step so we were more than comfortable to proceed with renting. We then visited Armadillo to see in-person the size unit we were enquiring about and shown around by Scott who gave plenty of information and tips. Finally on move in day we had help by man in a van (Craig) who was recommended by you guys and I couldn’t fault him in any way shape or form and the lady who was on hand in reception was a delight. Listened to what I needed. Explained the prices clearly & concisly. Covered all costs involved and waht was reqired on arrival.

couple of questions in the online check in that were not overly clear but apart from that everything was very simple.

Very easy online process which was followed up with a call from Armadillo who went through and explained everything. Very good customer service, making sure the correct size storage was chosen rather than selling something not suitable. Easy in, easy out terms and great value for money.

Helpful staff, listened to what I needed and provided best value quote. Understood that I could not proceed immediately. Easy clear booking process with no surprise extra costs on arrival. Staff always friendly, helpful and fun. Premises easy to access and clean. Great customer service.
