We were dealt with by John at the Ingleby Barwick site and he made it all easy and was excellent to deal with and was a really nice and friendly guy, 10 out of 10 for him

A little reluctant of stored goods being inspected but understandable due to fraudulent activities from others but rest assured by Gemma. Items that aren't allowed takes 5 minutes to read through which relates to many items restricted to storage ( understanding) apart from that, very good quality storage apart from online 1left unit with building braces in my unit ( i agreed)
Customer services were excellent. Friendly, clear and very approachable to discuss and ask any questions. The member of staff i spoke to in store was also brilliant, quick, responsive and a friendly face. Assets to the company!
