Staff are most helpful and looking for the best possible deal for me. They are not pushy and explain everything in detail. We were shown the size of each lock up and tried to accommodate our needs.

Very friendly with clear advice.

My initial enquiry was simply a quote through the website, but that was followed up by Scott, the Branch Manager. Scott answered all of my questions, highlighted a few opportunities that hadn't occurred to me and sent me through revised pricing to suit my specific needs. There was regular email and phone contact (without it being burdensome) to ensure I had everything I needed to make an informed decision. Scott was support by his colleague Anthony during the initial engagement period. I did the on-line check-in and was greeted at the storage unit by Jonathan who ran through everything again quickly and offered various levels of additional support and advice during my first visit to the storage unit.
