Quick, friendly and efficient service

The whole paperwork process was made very easy and bearable. Completing the process on line was easy too. Great customer service, Helen was very helpful.

Great service,price,facility,staff.The assistant Helen was very friendly and helpful, answering any questions and talking me through the rental paperwork.

We were greeted and treated with friendliness and professionalism. Kevin worked late (on a Sunday ) to accommodate us with no rushing or harassment.

I phoned up at short notice on a Sunday and spoke to a central switchboard about getting immediate storage. The person I spoke to was very customer friendly and helpful. I then got a call back from the local branch to make sure I knew I had to be there by 3pm and what I had to bring with me. He was also very friendly and helpful when I arrived at the branch. It couldn't have been a better experience really.
