Staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable - lots of different options were explained simply

I phoned up at short notice on a Sunday and spoke to a central switchboard about getting immediate storage. The person I spoke to was very customer friendly and helpful. I then got a call back from the local branch to make sure I knew I had to be there by 3pm and what I had to bring with me. He was also very friendly and helpful when I arrived at the branch. It couldn't have been a better experience really.

The staff were friendly and professional. I was offered a 25ft2 for the price of a 20ft2 initially which was really helpful and then they gave me an excellent deal which was priced matched from another company.

Good value for money. Not charged until you move in and no lengthy tie-in contracts. I thought the room I had was too small and Kevin changed it for me without any hassle which was a much better room for me

everything went very smoothly I was told everything I needed to know and felt completely at ease with all aspects of using the self storage facility, the security is good and getting round the facility was easy

It would have been higher if the prices included the insurance with the option to opt-out. As it was on first glance pricing seemed very competitive, but not after the insurance was added. However, on the whole, the place was clean and tidy, the staff I met were very professional and friendly, and explained everything very clearly.
