The woman (whose name I have forgotten) whom I originally spoke to on the phone was extremely pleasant and helpful. The member of staff in store (Ernest) was equally polite, well informed and helpful in regard to payment and contracts. He’s also extended the friendly gestures whenever he’s seen me at the facilities.

Friendly helpful staff both on the phone and face to face during initial enquiries.would have gone elsewhere if they hadn't been.so far everything has been straightforward and stress free.
The whole process was made very easy for me, all my enquiries were answered, I was a little sceptical about leaving my things in storage but I was reassured when I saw the levels of security that big yellow offer. The gentleman at reception were very pleasant and made it very easy for me, showed me where my locker was and how to access it. Thank you

The process was hard to understand and not very clear and could be massively improved on. but hakeem made the best efforts to make it all more understandable
