I cannot find any fault with the company and the handling of the whole procedure was made stress free. My situation was probably different from the norm as I live in France so couldn’t visit the UK, due to Covid, to organise the storage of my belongings. I have very helpful daughters who oversaw the moving of my things into storage and an amazing Armadillo team who pulled out all the stops to see a way for everything to go according to MY plan.

I have never put anything in storage before. But the team made me very relaxed after a stressful day. They talked me through it step by step well done armadillo.

It was easily dealt with in a very friendly manner and everything explained well. The only thing I have found difficult is the inventory. It would be far easier to say an amount you want to insure for and base the insurance on that rather than have to guess the new for old value on items especially for us as a lot of our items are boxes of books in storage, so its difficult to value.

From the minute I gained a price, I was contacted within minutes by Nina at Stoke, and she was absolutely fantastic she had seen the enquiry come in, and as there was only the one left for the size I required, she contacted me and stayed late in order to get this organised for me. The whole process was trouble free, and given that I had been let down with a house sale, this really was a hassle I could do without and Nina made this whole experience trouble-free. There was not anything more that Nina could have done, and from this would recommend anyone to the store for the service.
