Found all staff who I dealt with were very helpful and polite. Armadillo were the only company to quote the insurance cost which I felt helpful in assessing the quotes.

Poppy made my initial visit very welcoming and explained all about how to use storage. She then showed me two different sizes of lockers. Nina when checking in was helpful and organised all paperwork

My initial enquiry was handled very well both over the phone and on site. Staff were very knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy. I was shown different rooms to help me assess what size I needed. Competitor prices were also checked and matched

Megan and Poppy were very helpful in answering my questions. I had never used storage before and wanted somewhere to keep items safe whilst getting ready to move house. They were very patient as I had to keep putting it off as we took ages to get a completion date. Much easier than I expected it to be and very secure.

Everything was explained about the process and then demonstrated when I finalised the booking.
