All staff are very helpful and want to provide a package that suits one's needs and pocket. The process was pretty straightforward except maybe for the insurance inventory part that was a bit mind numbing. Otherwise clear and straightforward
Poppy was amazingly friendly but just as importantly she was professional, knowledgeable and so helpful.She explained all aspects of the process and showed us around the facility explaining the user experience so well.
It was very well, Poppy was great. She kept calling me at the right times, working with me to make my house move easier. Really appreciate how flexible and polite she was during a stressful time. She make the storage part of my move stress free.

I enquired with Armadillo months ago as I knew at some stage however I wasn't sure when, that I would need to move my business into storage. Poppy was great in not rushing me and diary dated every time I asked for a call back to review my progress, and called on time every time. Nina has been great and very professional when showing me around the options that I had available. I feel the whole team have been very accommodating, offering a warm welcome and helping me with my transition.
We were made very welcome and enquiries were answered clearly and precisely. Information given was to the point and understandable.
