I have used Armadillo storage previously when moving home and would recommend to anyone requiring storage. Poppy and Sam were so friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble, they made the whole process so straightforward.
Great Customer service! Massive thanks to poppy especially! We had to change dates multiple times due to issues with the move and also the unit size. They kept in contact frequently throughout the process, and also made sure we still got the same deal as we had on the first! Would definitely use again when needed 👍🏻
My experience with the Armadillo staff was entirely positive. During my check in, I met Sam who helpfully explained all I would need to know about the move-in and storage details. At the end of my briefing, I had no unanswered questions and knew what to expect during my move in and storage journey. Due to a mix up on my part and a delay from the van company that would finally transport my items to storage, my Sunday move in was delayed by over an hour which encroached on the closing time of Armadillo. Poppy, who I met on the day, stayed back the whole time and eventually cancelled a personal commitment to ensure my items arrived and I was moved in. I am an international student whose family traveled to help me move out of my accommodation and into the storage and that was the last possible day they were available. Even with the inconvenience, high tension and frustration with the van delay, Poppy did not once express annoyance or leave before the van arrived, which she was well within her rights to do, despite her professional expectations of composure. She managed to make such a rough day a bit easier for us even if that unfortunately meant her missing out on something that was important to her. Needless to say I am deeply grateful to the staff, especially Poppy for the patience she displayed on the day and I could not have made a better storage company choice.

Can't say a bad word about this place. Visted poppy who works behind the desk and I can honestly say she is amazing. She ran through all options and prices and showed us around before taking up a unit. Very clean and fair sized units for all needs. Very safe too. Trolly for taking things to and from the unit too. Again big thanks to poppy she is the heart and sole and will do anything to help.
Absolutely amazing service from the whole team and a great price especially considering how safe, secure and clean the facility is (and toilet on site is very useful too). Thanks and I’ll definitely be using you again next time
