Really helpful, friendly & the videos & information you provide makes the whole process really straight forwards. Great customer service and easy to store items

Great customer service with very clear instructions.

Megan at the front desk, honestly has saved our lives, saved us money and saved us alot of stress! We had originally a unit at the back which was a fair walk away from the entrance! Thin corridors wouldn't of been helpful but just through her outstanding customer service and report building she understand what I needed, the situation I was in and the time constraints. She got me a container unit outside which is brilliant. More than enough room, not a standard shipping container really well furbished! Ecstatic I was that I could just whip the van up and bosh. Got 3 trips done instead of 2! AND she kindly arranged access for out of hours which helped us ALOT. More than I could explain on here. Always delightful when you deal with someone who knows their job, and is welcoming. Perfect service, delightful and very welcoming young lady, would 10000% use again just for that fact. But the process was easy, super chuffed it was bang and done here's your lock off you go.

Later opening times in the evening it’s unreasonable to expect people to be able to get there in the middle of the day if they work.

The whole process is really easy, the pricing for the storage is very good. The Staff are very helpful and friendly.

The urgent booking was attended in a timely fashion. Staff (Megan and Sam) were very kind, jovial, light and did not make me feel I’m a disturbance.
