Easy check in, great staff and no issues with moving our things into the storage unit, was nice to be able to drive the car right up to the door to unload and load our things with an outside unit.

Megan at the front desk, honestly has saved our lives, saved us money and saved us alot of stress! We had originally a unit at the back which was a fair walk away from the entrance! Thin corridors wouldn't of been helpful but just through her outstanding customer service and report building she understand what I needed, the situation I was in and the time constraints. She got me a container unit outside which is brilliant. More than enough room, not a standard shipping container really well furbished! Ecstatic I was that I could just whip the van up and bosh. Got 3 trips done instead of 2! AND she kindly arranged access for out of hours which helped us ALOT. More than I could explain on here. Always delightful when you deal with someone who knows their job, and is welcoming. Perfect service, delightful and very welcoming young lady, would 10000% use again just for that fact. But the process was easy, super chuffed it was bang and done here's your lock off you go.
Professional staff, very courteous. Check in process very easy and uncomplicated.
Later opening times in the evening it’s unreasonable to expect people to be able to get there in the middle of the day if they work.
