My interaction with the staff (Nina and Poppy) has been both professional and efficient. I think the layout of the units and the ease of access are superior.

Pretty good and reliable staffs and solid process

Staff were great, It was just a pain to have a room 2 stories up & at the back of the building. So many trips with a trolley

Storage isn't for everybody and the prices can be a little bit expensive just for storing items. The packs of boxes and supplies available are good and the safety of the building is very good with with security doors and cctv throughout the building.
