The staff were very approachable and helpful; explaining the process clearly, allowing us to look at the different size storage rooms. Explanation of the sign up paperwork was great and I even got a coffee while I was signing up.

Staff member was a pleasure to deal with. Put me at ease from the start. Spoke me through the deals available to me. I was very stressed with moving house, etc and she was just great. Very patient talking me through the best options for my furniture, my budget and my access times. Would highly recommend!

Pleasant, smiling staff who took time to discuss other things than storage without becoming distracted from the task of getting me processed. She took the time to ensure that I was completely familiar with the procedures. I wasn't rushed in to accepting the offer.

Really good service with great facilities. Polly was friendly and very competent. Really flexible and cost effective compared to others in the area. Would highly recommend!
