The staff though from another branch knew who I was and was expecting to arrive and it was only an stock inventory includes had to fill in as most of it was done online

Nina was great in inducting us, the warehouse was very clear, great to have radio whilst working! Allocated a ground floor on request which is helpful at my age!! All good.

From start to finish it was outstanding. I was contacted within half an hour of making an online enquiries. Everything was explained clearly and simply. So yesterday I filled my allocated unit with no trouble or fuss. Excellant value for money. Staff extremely helpful and professional. Can't remember my initial contact but Nina Blackwell took us through yesterday
