Tim was incredibly helpful before my move and during. He showed me different storage spaces to ensure I had enough space for my things and even supported me when I was having issues with the moving van. He ensured the process went smoothly and was happy to answer my queries and concerns. I would 100% recommend Big Yellow in Sutton and 100% recommend asking for Tim’s help. Tim was extremely helpful and patient with us as it was our first time storing items and we weren’t sure what size unit we needed. Tim explained everything and gave us very useful advice. Nothing was too much trouble. He also recommended a removal company which we used and were happy with - this was very helpful.

Getting a quote online was easy. Received several follow-up calls asking if we needed support. Check-in online was simple. We were able to change the size of our storage at the last minute. On arrival Tim and Phoebe were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very helpful and made the transition of moving into a new space easy and comfortable.
