An absolutely seamless and pleasant experience. Tim was brilliant and put me at ease with ensuring I got the right unit. I initially picked a smaller unit and I could instantly tell it would be too small. He then showed me a unit one size up and it was perfect. He was extremely personable and had such a great energy. I was having my items shipped over from the states and he allowed the movers to deliver it directly to the unit whilst he processed the account for me. We were working at the same time, so there was no waiting around from either parties. They are extremely efficient. DJ Phoebe was playing some nice music which we were all singing along to. Just a wonderful experience overall. I highly recommend, and ask for Tim and Phoebe who will really look after you.

Tim is absolute credit to the Big Yellow Storage company. He was very professional and incredibly polite from to start to finish in arranging the unit for me. It’s becoming very rare in this day and age to receive a service like I experienced at the Sutton branch of the Big Yellow Storage. I give my experience top marks, 5*

Tim was extremely helpful and patient with us as it was our first time storing items and we weren’t sure what size unit we needed. Tim explained everything and gave us very useful advice. Nothing was too much trouble. He also recommended a removal company which we used and were happy with - this was very helpful.

Getting a quote online was easy. Received several follow-up calls asking if we needed support. Check-in online was simple. We were able to change the size of our storage at the last minute. On arrival Tim and Phoebe were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very helpful and made the transition of moving into a new space easy and comfortable.
