Excellent, easy and welcoming

My overall service was made really easy by Ellis and Nick they were completely patient and resourceful, the ability to customer care was unparalleled they understood what I wanted and they provided me with the most absolute satisfaction.

Everything was well organised and clearly explained by Ellie and Nick

The move was made very easy by the team especially by Nick the store manager. He made sure that my move into the storage was smooth and stress free. The application process and price was explained very well, really good customer service. Nick called me several times making sure that I was ready for my move.

I felt that Nick, Ellie, Ryan and Pramila provides me with excellent customer service and really set the bar high for what good customer service should be.

All good. Easy to arrange and the facility is clean and secure. Pricing seems fairly arbitrary. Unnecessary phone calls were a bit much.

Firstly, Nick.... what a guy. Charming, great customer service, awesome listening skills, and a general people person. Perfect service. Ellie; smiley, friendly, again great customer service. Second to none, except maybe Nick. Ryan; what a lovely guy. Quality customer service is in his blood. Pramila; there aren’t enough positive adjectives to describe this lovely lady. Check in with her was easy and not rushed, and I thank her sincerely, it was a hard week and moving day was emotional, be service made things less stressed and easy to do. Thank you to the team in Sutton, you guys are doing a great job and representing your company, and it’s brand message, brilliantly. Customers, new starters, and anyone interacting with you should consider themselves lucky to receive such care, consideration and consistent service.

Nick and team picked up the phone and handled it easily, efficiently and promptly! I was very happy with the with all of the communication from Big Yellow and was eager to move in.
