It was very easy to complete and set up the payment online and also fill out all other details such as the items to be stored. On visiting the storage reception for the hand over I found the staff exceptionally friendly and they explained all the procedures thoroughly in a no rush relaxed manner. Part of the great service is being so flexible and being able to add or remove the extended hours and to increase or decrease storage insurance etc. I was very impressed with what was a very professional and friendly service.

Lee called me and got me a great rate on the room and was very helpful with all my enquiries. Isabella (I think) then helped me further by booking at Sutton. In store, Lauren (I think) was very helpful and very friendly. She was knowledgeable about products and I saw her help other customers very well too.
