Helpful and a good greeting when went into the store showed me the different option size rooms so I got the right size

I'd never used any storage facilities before and from the moment I sat down with the staff at your Sutton branch they very friendly, more than helpful in finding me the right sized storage unit for my needs and answering any of my questions. I would definitely recommend to a friend. And I strongly recommend the member of staff that dealt with me to be given a managerial position, or at least to be considered for one.
