I was happy with facility and staff for my 50sqft storage. However I did not appreciate all the hidden costs, ie insurance, my own lock that should have been clearly communicated at booking. Overall happy though.
The storage facility was kept very clean and well maintained. The whole process was explained clearly and concisely. I didn't feel pressured by any over enthusiastic, desperate sales pitch. The Sales Assistant (Paul Widdows) was very competent and explained everything clearly to me.
Always try to accommodate me If I have a problem they are attentive and always offer a deal Clean and working order rooms Some of the larger rooms could do with a light
From the first telephone inquiry I was very impressed by Paul who was friendly as well as extremely efficient and professional. Based on my experience I would certainly recommend the Kimpton Park branch of Big Yellow to anybody.
Efficient service. Easy to reserve online & the online check in saved time. The staff in the store were very helpful, good communication & polite. Only gripe is rather expensive for small amount of storage but this is not unique to this company.
Reception area and store was clean and tidy. Reception staff were welcoming and explained things in an efficient and clear manner.

Good service but let down a tiny bit when one of the staff at head office was very pushy about reserving space when I hadn't even arranged my movers yet

from the time I made contact with the sales person right up to Ellen at Reception when I signed the paperwork it was effortless -- they made it seem effortless.
