Alex who dealt with me was extremely efficient and helpful. My dad who can and loaded the storage for me was also very impressed. Amazing, friendly service.

One issue of the times not being set forward on the out of hours access as daylight savings time rolled over. I did speak to the staff who politely explained it was an IT issue that gets sorted on Monday (As their IT won't work on a Sunday) but was a bit anoyying.

Everything was explained clearly and the representative was pleasant cheerful and knowledgable

Staff were very efficient and the whole process was very straight forward

Staff members were friendly, competent and very accommodating. The facility and the unit were clean and well lit.
