One issue of the times not being set forward on the out of hours access as daylight savings time rolled over. I did speak to the staff who politely explained it was an IT issue that gets sorted on Monday (As their IT won't work on a Sunday) but was a bit anoyying.
Staff were very efficient and the whole process was very straight forward
