Excellent it matches all our needs

I used Big Yellow in 2009 (until Feb 2013) and had no hesitation in coming back without consulting other companies. I have found the company and the team to be friendly, ethical and efficient.

The reasons I answered no to a few previous questions was because it was not necessary, I didn't enquire online, I went in to the branch to enquire and paid there and then so didn't need to go on line. Plus when I did try and go on line prior to starting my storage, I personally could not get a signal that day on my laptop, so registered at the counter.

This is my second time in Big Yellow, follow a successful stay in Reading last year, I have found swindon has maintained the high level of customer service that made me re choose big yellow
