Super helpful staff and an easy process.

A big thank you to Rick for the excellent customer service. I arrived around 4:30pm with two shelving units to assemble before organising my storage. By the time I’d finished building them, it was already closing time. Rick kindly extended my access until 11pm, which meant I had enough time to get everything organised instead of having to come back another day. He really went the extra mile, and I can’t thank him enough. I’d highly recommend this storage facility for both the excellent service and the helpful staff.

Rick went above and beyond and the welcome to my first storage solution was fantastic. Can’t recommend Rick and the Big Yellow Storage highly enough!! Absolute first class.
