Renting with Big Yellow is a breath of fresh air! After ‘sorry, no you can’t talk to the store manager’ Shurgard, it couldn’t be more different. Every human being encountered offered full on, helpful and compassionate guidance during one of the most stressful times of my life. Nothing is too much trouble and, unlike their anonymous competitor, they don’t give away your unit, then say ‘oopsie!’. Price is great but that’s really not what sets them apart. Old school customer service in the 21st century is def much-needed in a world full of bots - and a unique selling point. Bravo! 5 stars all round. 🙏
