Really welcoming!

Staff were extremely friendly, those including Todd, Ollie, and especially Judith and Felekech (!!!) who made me and my mum feel very welcomed and comfortable during the whole process. They took time to explain things clearly and in detail, providing great customer service and TEA! :) Would 100% recommended!

Excellent communication from the moment I confirmed my booking. Great explanation of the facility and entry/exit process from Judith on initial arrival. The facility is clean with plenty of trolleys available for customer use.
