Judith was excellent at making the process easy. She itemised my contents for me and was very good at explaining what needed to be done. All was completed speedily and efficiently.

I felt assured from the get go with big yellow. Nothing seemed to be too much of an issue. Communication was consistent and reassuring in the build up. Having never used a self storage before, I had all my questions answered. I didn’t feel overwhelmed with information. When arriving at big yellow, Todd welcomed me in and explained everything in an excellent manner. He tone & body language made me feel welcomed. The service I received was better than most restaurants I’ve attended. Hats off the the team at Tolworth.
