The response to inquiry was very prompt but not too pushy. The venue itself is very clean and tidy, clear on where to find things. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I even got a cup of tea while completing the paperwork.

Smooth booking process

The reception staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Though they must have had the same conversation tens of times. You were made to feel that you were the most important. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The colouring sheet for my grandson was a lovely touch
