Value for money

Everything was clear and calm when I arrived. My movers (a to z) we’re allowed in before I arrived so had pretty much got everything sorted when I did arrive. Judith knew me before I even spoke. She was super calm and knowledgeable. She was clear with all the instructions and even did my padlock for me. Both her and Lee were a lovely happy pair of smiling faces and were so calm. I was super stressed about moving but both Judith and Lee (and my movers) were so in control of everything it made me feel in really capable and safe hands. I couldn’t be more grateful for their happy, chilled out dispositions. Thank you!

Everything was explained in great detail in a engaging and informative manner. Each step of the process was easy to follow.

Smooth check in, the team called me in advance so I knew what to prepare for. The check in on th day was also easy, the colleague showed us the room in advance and explained everything again so we are no in with all our stuff and happy.

Fair price. Tidy and secure facilities. Great staff.
