I thought it was handled very quickly and the correct storage size was found for us.

Seamless, faultless, no problem. I have used BY before so there were no surprises, but I'm sure there would have been no problems anyway, Todd was excellent.

Tood and Claudia made checking in seemless and took the time to show us the room and ensure we were familiar with the alarm settings. They were very approachable.

On the day of moving my property into the unit, I was made to feel very welcomed by Claudia whilst I completed the paperwork (she made me a lovely cup of coffee!).
