Really good customer services
All dealt with well, easy to check in on line. Would be useful to have a bit more guidance on the valuation of items for insurance e.g. not the value they are worth but to replace new Claudia was great on check in, really helpful and explained everything clearly. Have used Big Yellow in Tolworth before and never been given the detail that was relevant or service like that before.
