The Manager, called me and was very reassuring, he told me how it works and from the information I gave him regarding size of property he booked me in to suitable size Unit, which turned out to be perfect for all my furniture. He was very helpful and there was no pressure to take the offer up. I was very pleased with his customer service and his manner on the phone.

It was all made nice and clear and the staff members were all very friendly and helpful when I was booking and checking information. The follow-up calls are a little excessive when your situation is uncertain but I understand you want to firm things up. Claudia was fantastic on move-in day and helped make a stressful day less stressful as she was efficient, patient, reassuring and flexible. It was a shame there was only one staff member as I was on a tight schedule due to van hire and the customer in front of me was doing his inventory in person...
