WE NEEDED SAFE DRY CLEAN STORAGE FOR OUR SONS FURNITURE AND CLOTHES WE WENT TO BIG YELLOW AS IT WAS FAIRLY CLOSE BY. THE SPACE LETTING PROCEDURE WAS SIMPLE , SWIFT AND GOOD VALUE. EXCELLENT GENUINELY FRIENDLY STAFF RUN THE OPERATION VERY WELL. WE HAVE BEEN BACK A COUPLE OF TIMES TO PUT IN MORE GOODS AND THE IN/OUT PROCEDURE IS SECURE/EASY TO USE . ONE OF THE STAFF ALWAYS ACKNOWLEDGES US WHEN WE ARE THERE. WOULD BE HAPPY TO RECOMMEND AND USE AGAIN.

Having just gone through an incredibly traumatic time which meant I had to get storage very quickly, I couldnt have asked for a better service from the manager at the Tolworth branch. He put me completely at ease, told me not to worry and sorted everything out for me very quickly and efficiently. I cannot fault the service or the facility in any way! Prices excellent, great size room for the price (I'm actually amazed how much I got in there, and theres still room for more!) and brilliant security all round. Five stars all round and first class service!!

1st time using any storage facility. Relocating to Surrey from West Sussex we had an extremely bad and stressful day packing up our 3 bed house we then had an 1 hour and half journey "got caught in traffic" really concerned we would not get to the storage unit in time with a 7.5 ton lorry full of all our belongings. Michael Calisto (Tolworth) Manager waited for us to arrive and ensured we were checked in and our needs were met. Michael and his team Lydia and Natasha were fantastic. We first began this process in June and communication has been brilliant throughout updating us with email's and phone call's etc "outstanding cutomer services".

It was good to discover a Big Yellow Box so close to me when I needed some urgent storage. The price seems pretty good, and there is great flexibility in the storage volume one can select. The staff are friendly and helpful, though too few in number when I arrived and had to wait a while. Then there was a lot of time to be spent on paperwork. That apart, the Big Yellow Box offers a great and useful facility with minimum fuss for the service they provide.

This is the first time I have used a self- storage unit and found it easy to use despite the stress of moving.

This was the first time i have used a self service facility. The staff were very helpful and explained everything to me. I genuinly felt that they were interested in my needs and did everthing they could to assist me. The team are a credit to your company.

Lots of space, great quality of service, and friendly, helpful staff. Explained everything fully when I moved my stuff into storage. Security measures are thorough and very good.

I have never used a storage company before, but have found the whole process to be really easy. Had already checked in online, so when we arrived it only took about 20 minutes to sort out the remaining paper work. The girls on the desk were really helpful and friendly.

First time ever used such facility - all very well explained, good clean space, easy to use. delighted to be able to de clutter for Christmas and new year. Feel very confident about security. Very approachable friendly staff.
