Very good positive member of staff, who was on solo because of sick leave, more than able to deal with two new customers turning up at once. Very thorough induction and tolerence of me asking dumb questions.

I have moved my 5 bedroom house into a 100 sqmtr minus sofas and some other furniture. It was a squeeze but getting items to the unit were incredibly easy and the staff particularly Lauren extremely helpful. Everything wqas explained so someone with no prior experience new everything they needed in a 30 min visit. The space is very clean dry and secure and the guidance on how to pack most effectively great. All the materials you could need are there available although at a premium. One criticism was boxes we had from big yellow were not as robust as others we had from our last move and when heavy the sides moved relaeasing tape applied to secure them. These were boxes bought some months ago so quality now may be different but is something to watch out for. Overall I must say this has made me think about the other times we could have use storage and didn't consider and I can see myself using big yellow again in the future for other things other than moving house or relocating, thanks to the team Chris
