From the initial follow up phone call the next morning to coming in the following day to book, the whole process was very easy. Michael took time to explain everything and it felt as though you valued the custom - something that seems lacking at a lot of businesses today.

every step was handled in a very professional and helpful manner. I was shown a couple of units and the manager, Martin was happy to discuss my requirements, with no pressure. couldn't have been more helpful. Being able to do an on-line form prior to moving in saved time.

It was nice and easy to book. martin and Jo were great, helped us find the right size storage unit for us, they were really flexible when our timeline changed. Paperwork was nice and straightforward too which was great.
