is exactly what’s needed. He was there to welcome me when I arrived to book in and his colleague Micheal was also very helpful and took me to see the unit before signing the paperwork. All in all 100% satisfied with the checking in process. Also Ryan made me a cup of tea when doing the paperwork! ? amazing! To have those little touches when I was having the day from ***** is top notch customer service! Well done Ryan! ??
