Great service from Apple

We were unsure about using a storage unit for all of our important possessions, but the team and level of service at big yellow tunbridge wells completely won us over. Apple in particular was absolutely brilliant. She gave us such a personal and friendly service, and made us feel like we were in safe hands.

The staff were so helpful and accommodating from start to finish. Everything was clearly explained and the process was made so easy. Massive thanks to Nick, Apple, James and Dev for all making our first time using Big Yellow so positive.

The welcome from the team was superb. They were hospitable, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable at all stages. It genuinely felt like Nick, James and Apple cared about me as a customer, my situation and supporting me in getting sorted. It was very impressive.
