Clear explaining of contract and a relaxed and friendly manner

this is a very emotional time for me at the moment due to a bereavement hence needing the storage unit On arriving at the storage unit on Sunday, I was greeted by Nick. His customer service was amazing he showed me empathy and compassion, although he didn't know me, thank you, Nick for being so kind to me.
