Good customer service and friendly staff that explained the process clearly

Upon booking on-line, Nick called to introduce himself and to explain the process, costs, size of room etc. that would be required. He gave detailed information and checked my understanding throughout. Very professional, courteous and thorough. On the day itself, Apple Lam was extremely professional, friendly and made my mother, who's belonging were being put into storage pending a house purchase, much more reassured that these were secure and would be looked after. I would highly recommend Big Yellow Storage as a solution for all moving and storage needs.

Online check in simple, several phone calls prior to move day, smooth check in on day and lots of clear detail. Also changed size on the day easily.

The reception staff, Apple and Harley, were extremely friendly and efficient. Apple looked at what I needed and advised me on the right size of unit to rent. She explained the entire procedure very clearly and made the whole experience (the first time I've used Big Yellow) very easy. I was extremely impressed.

In very difficult circumstances Nick and Harley were fast and efficient and very calm. The tea and coffee was a lovely bonus!
