Friendly and efficient

Friendly, prompt, answered Qs clearly, helpful, offered free tea.

Everything from my initial enquiry up until I finalised all the paperwork yesterday went very smoothly. Your staff were polite and helpful. I physically moved in today and that process went well - the only slight criticism I would have is your lifts only take one trolley (which meant my move in took a while) I will have to get used to "signing out" as I leave (to arm the alarm to my unit) but that is actually quite comforting to know.
