Nick was fantastic with the initial enquiry Hannah and Alex were fabulous with handling my booking

Hannah was great and explained everything in a calm and self assured manner and importantly for me didn't make any assumptions on what I knew or didn't know about self storage. The whole process was at an appropriate speed (which is also very important to me) although there were some details to obtain etc which is understandable. I didn't book an appointment or send an e-mail prior, but rather just did my homework online beforehand and walked into the BY reception. I suspect this may not be the normal route but the service I felt that I received from Hannah was very good.
